Full Body Home Boxing Workout

Here’s a full body home boxing workout you can do at home with minimal equipment. It’s a high intensity workout. You work up in reps and then drop down again, its hard but you can do it. break the reps down if you need to, only rest when you need to. Give it a try.

 

What you need:  skipping rope and punch bag

Format: see workout.

Rest: no rest allocated simply rest when you need to.

The Workout

Start with a warm up – jog or skip for 10 minutes followed by stretches and foam rolling if you have a foam roller.

 

Main Session

50 Burpees

100 Press Ups

200 Punches

300 Jump Rope/ Skips

200 Punches

100 Press Ups

50 Burpees
